LaubnerCare Print Service
The maintenance contract is designed for a minimum term of 2 years. It is automatically renewed for another year if not cancelled 3 months before expiry. It includes:
- Annual preventive maintenance and cleaning work on site.
- Small parts and cleaners
- All spare parts, except wear parts (thermal strip, platen roller, pinch roller, drive belts, cutter)
- Hotline support
- VDE testing
- Response time: Next Business Day
- Special agreements are possible
LaubnerCare Repair Service
The smooth use of our products after purchase is ensured by their quality and reliability. And if, contrary to expectations, something does not work as it should, we support you within the framework of our service contract. The service contract includes the assurance that we will respond as quickly and comprehensively as possible in the event of a defect or problem with the printer, terminal, etc.
Our service contract provides you with investment protection for the product as well as security for the operation or process in which the product is used. If something doesn't work properly, we take care of it - quickly and unbureaucratically.
LaubnerCare Repair Service applies to a manufacturer service contract and includes:
- Checking the unit for faults and, if possible, direct elimination of the problem.
- In case of a hardware defect or a fault that cannot be rectified by us: Execution of the complete RMA process.
- After receipt, the unit is set to factory settings. If required, the LaubnerCare Starter Package or LaubnerCare Configuration Package can be booked additionally.
We select our manufacturers according to the highest quality and performance requirements. Therefore, we can guarantee smooth operation with the best conscience. And if, contrary to all expectations, difficulties do arise, you are covered by LaubnerCare Contract: In the event of a defect or a problem with our hardware or software, we respond as quickly and comprehensively as possible.
